1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Opstore app ("App"), you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Opstore is a Shopify embedded app that provides B2B operations tools including purchase order management, GST invoice generation, inventory tracking, SKU generation, barcode label creation, and product catalog export. The App operates within the Shopify Admin interface.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Opstore Pro is available at $95 USD per month or $1,040 USD per year.
- A 7-day free trial is available for new installations. No credit card is required during the trial.
- Billing is handled entirely through the Shopify Billing API. We do not store payment information.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the App's source code
- Use the App to generate fraudulent invoices or misrepresent GST information
- Resell or sublicense access to the App without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all your store data. We process it solely to provide the App's functionality.
6. GST & Tax Compliance
Opstore provides tools to assist with GST invoice generation. However, we do not provide tax or legal advice. It is your responsibility to ensure that all GST invoices generated comply with applicable Indian tax laws and regulations. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional for compliance guidance.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any errors in GST calculations or invoice outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
9. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify Admin. We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
